Quinnipiac film students attending Sundance
HAMDEN, Conn. (AP) -- Eighteen seniors at Connecticut's Quinnipiac University are rubbing elbows with directors, producers, writers and other film professionals at the Sundance Film Festival.
The 18 students from Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania are seniors enrolled in a seminar focusing on independent cinema. They are at the noted annual film festival in Park City, Utah, as part of that class with three professors.

Great experience for wanna be film writers and producers. In the film agency you have to make connections if you want to get anywhere with your work.
Thanks for posting about good news from a college. I just read about the snafu at Vassar where kids who were not accepted were sent leters telling them they were in.
